Goods and Services Tax (GST):
If a goods and services tax applies in respect to any invoice, the 'including GST' rate applies.

Trading Terms: Payment due on or before 7 calendar days from invoice date.

On Site Support: Minimum 1 hour.

Remote Telephone Support: Minimum 5 minutes.

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm.

After Hours: Public Holidays, all other times.
